我认为应该先知和救世主应该是后来自主活动的意识从而不受母体的限制就如3里面的部分人知道母体的操作如开锁人和那2个病毒双子

无能为力呗，知道自己跑不了了。还有一个可能知道自己被感染，但还会活过来。
并且包括先知在内的那么多人当“托儿”干了那么多事情，无非是想让史密斯打尼欧，并且一定要史密斯感染尼欧，每个人被感染后都成了史密斯，只有尼欧除外，电脑主机通过感染后的尼欧才能消灭史密斯。可以这么理解，杀毒软件（主机）突然碰到一种很厉害的病毒（史密斯），这种病毒能让所碰到的文件（包括先知在内的所有人）变成和病毒一模一样，杀毒软件就想了一个办法，做了一个做过手脚的文件（尼欧），病毒感染尼欧的时候，杀软通过尼欧得到病毒的源代码，恍然大悟，原来病毒的代码是这样的，于是开始杀毒，恢复文件，所有人恢复了原来的状态，可惜做为诱饵的文件因为破坏太严重，只好扔掉了。
